Support for New Parents

Baby & Me is a relaxed and welcoming support group for new parents and their babies, from newborn up to 12 months (or once they’re on the move!). Come along to meet other parents, make new friends, help your baby socialise, and share experiences, tips and advice in a friendly environment.

Attending a group like this helps new parents to share their experiences, gain reassurance, and realise you’re not alone in the ups and downs of early parenthood. It also helps build friendships, boosts confidence, and gives babies valuable opportunities to socialise and develop in a relaxed, supportive environment.

Please call us before 10am on the morning of the session to book your place.

Cost is just £2 and includes a hot drink and biscuits.

There are toys and playmats and gentle music for baby to enjoy while mums and dads can relax and chat with a cuppa. We also have special events and visits throughout the year, such as themed mini photoshoots with a professional photographer or taster sessions from local activity providers.
