The Community Café at Lyppard Hub aims to help end loneliness by reaching out to those in our community who are socially isolated; providing a space for people to come and meet others and make new friends while enjoying refreshments together.
You’ll find our Café in the delightful Barn area of our building. Originally opened by the Mayor of Worcester in 2022, the space was refurbished to create a dedicated place where members of our community can come together regularly, make new friends, and enjoy a warm and welcoming setting.
Everyone is welcome, so please come along – we’d love to see you!
Not just a café…
Throughout the year, we also hold special events to raise money for organisations such as Macmillan Coffee Mornings, Dementia Awareness Week and The Great Get Together.

Are you struggling to keep up in the digital world? You’re not alone. Come along to our Community Cafe on Thursday 21st May and on Thursday 25th June for some friendly 1:1 support to help build your confidence online. Learn at your own pace in a relaxed, supportive environment and take your first step towards feeling more confident with your phone, tablet or PC.
