Summer Fete

Bringing the community together!

Our much-loved annual Warndon Villages Summer Fete took place on Sunday 12th July 2026, from 12 noon to 4.00pm, and what a fantastic afternoon it was for the whole community.

Under bright blue skies and glorious summer sunshine, Ankerage Green was filled with families, friends and neighbours enjoying everything the fete had to offer. Visitors enjoyed traditional fairground rides, face painting, live music, pony rides, delicious hot food, inflatable games, a fantastic fundraising raffle, a wide variety of stalls, local community organisations and charities, and so much more.

The event also gave visitors the opportunity to explore Lyppard Hub, discover the wide range of activities and support available throughout the year, and meet some of the people who make the Hub such an important part of the Warndon Villages community.

Organised by Lyppard Hub and proudly sponsored by Warndon Villages Parish Council and Tesco Warndon, the fete once again brought the community together for a day filled with fun, laughter and togetherness. It was wonderful to see so many familiar faces, meet new people, and celebrate the incredible community spirit that makes Warndon Villages such a special place.

A huge thank you goes to everyone who attended, volunteered, performed, exhibited, donated raffle prizes and supported the event. Your generosity and enthusiasm helped make the day another great success, while raising valuable funds to support Lyppard Hub’s community projects and services throughout the year.
